Family members share a photo straight from the iOS share sheet — no saving, no re-uploading.
The family picture frame that's already in the living room
NostalPic turns Apple TV into a private picture frame the whole family can fill from their iPhones — from the next room or across the country.
You took 4,000 photos last year. When did you last see one? NostalPic puts them where you'll actually see them: the biggest screens in the house.
Rescue photos from the family group chat
When a great photo lands in the group chat, it usually dies there. With NostalPic, anyone in the family can send it straight to the TV — and know it was seen.
Family members share a photo straight from the iOS share sheet — no saving, no re-uploading.
The photo joins the frame's rotation, labeled with who sent it — "From Sarah."
Display receipts close the loop: "On Mom's TV today." (And whoever's watching can heart a photo right from the Siri Remote.)
Every TV in your house, a gallery of the people you love
The best screen in your house is off 20 hours a day. Hang something on it. Those big, mounted, idle TVs become a gallery you curate — the family room shows vacations, the office shows the kids. One library, a curated and ordered queue for each Apple TV, all managed from your iPhone.
How it works
Open NostalPic on your Apple TV and it shows a short code. Enter the code in the iPhone app, pick or create a frame, and choose the photos each room should show. No sign-in on the TV, nothing to configure with the remote.
Set up Mom's TV over a phone call: she opens NostalPic on her Apple TV, reads you the code, and you do the rest from your iPhone. Invite siblings as senders. After that, she does nothing — new photos just appear.
The honest question
The screensaver shows what an algorithm picks from an album. NostalPic shows what your family deliberately sent to that room, in order, with attribution, minutes after they sent it.
AirPlay needs you in the room, on the same network, holding the phone. NostalPic works from another time zone.
Private by design
Only people you invite can send. Remove a sender or a photo anytime.
No feed. No ads. Just the people you love. Photos never leave the family.
No likes counter, no follower graph, no strangers. Your TV is a frame, not a timeline.
Questions
What senders need, how pairing works, what it costs, whether Android family members can send (not yet — senders need an iPhone with NostalPic) — it's all in the FAQ.
