Using NostalPic

NostalPic helps you upload photos, organize a private photo library, register Apple TV displays, and choose which photos appear on each display. You may use NostalPic only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Your Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at hello@nostalpic.app.

Your Photos And Content

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By uploading content to NostalPic, you give us permission to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the photos you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Private Use

NostalPic is designed for private home photo display. You may not use the service to publish illegal content, harass others, attempt to access another user's account, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the service, or use automated systems to abuse the service.

Service Changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of NostalPic as the product evolves. We will try to avoid disruptions, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

Paid Features

NostalPic is sold as a subscription. One subscription covers every frame you manage, including displays you set up in someone else's home; people you invite to send photos are never charged. A 30-day free trial begins when you pair your first display. Prices and renewal terms are shown before you purchase.

There are two ways to pay. Subscribing on our website is processed by Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel; subscribing inside the iPhone app is handled by Apple under Apple's payment and subscription terms and is billed to your Apple ID.

You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel a web subscription from your account page; cancel an in-app subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are governed by Apple's policies; for web purchases, contact us at hello@nostalpic.app.

If a subscription lapses, your frames stop showing new photos and display a renewal message instead. Your photos and frames are not deleted, and photos sent to your frames while the plan is inactive are held and delivered once it is active again.

Termination

You may stop using NostalPic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully. You can request account deletion through our Privacy Choices page.

Disclaimers

NostalPic is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NostalPic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.
